Exit My Solar Deal · Questions: ceo@exitmysolardeal.com · (214) 810-3131
The short version: Exit My Solar Deal sells one package of personalised educational workbooks in digital form to U.S. consumers, at one price — $3,500 — always containing both workbooks: a do-it-yourself action workbook and a detailed findings workbook, compiled from documents the customer provides, using a standardised methodology applied uniformly to every order, containing checklists, worksheets, and sample correspondence templates for the customer's own use. The package is a digital good. Each book is delivered by email within 3–5 business days of purchase; delivery occurs after the 3-day cancellation window closes. We are a publisher and retailer of educational workbooks. We do not provide consulting, legal, financial, debt-relief, claims-management, or home-improvement services; we do not contact lenders or any third party on a customer's behalf, negotiate, or represent customers, and we promise no outcomes. We make no referrals to, and have no connection with, any specific law firm; the detailed workbook is an edition the customer may hand to a law firm they choose themselves.
We collect what we need to build your workbooks — your contact details, your documents, and, only with permission, a recording of your statement. We never sell your personal information. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number.
About you: your name, property address, phone number, and email address, and your answers to the intake questions about how your solar sale happened and what you were told.
Your solar documents: the papers you provide — your solar contract, loan, lease, or PPA papers, disclosures, utility bills, and related records — including photos and scans of pages. These documents can contain financial and personal information, and we treat them that way.
Your statements: if you choose to give a statement, we keep the audio recording and a written transcript of it. A statement is recorded only with the speaker's permission, as described below.
Agreements and payments: the agreements you sign, with their electronic signature records (including the date, time, and technical details of signing), and payment confirmations from Stripe — what was paid, when, and by what method. We never receive or store your full card number.
People who work with us: the independent contractors who work with the Company give us profile and payout information so they can be paid; tax forms are collected by the owner outside this website.
Technical information: a sign-in cookie and the basic information your browser sends, needed to run the site and keep accounts secure.
We use your information to build your workbooks from the documents you provide, and to deliver them to you by email as PDFs; to process your payment and pay the people who worked on your case; to operate, secure, and improve this website; to answer you when you contact us; and to keep the records the law requires, such as tax and payment records. We do not use your information for advertising.
Your documents and statements are read by our review software only when a review — a scan — is run on your case. When the AI reading service connected to this app (through Replit AI Integrations) is turned on, that service reads scans, photos, and recordings to pull out the text, and the figures it pulls are then cross-checked by our own program logic before anything is used. When AI reading is not connected, our program's own logic reads the text-based documents directly, and anything it cannot read is flagged rather than treated as reviewed. Either way, your documents and statements are used only to perform your review.
Stripe processes your payment, and pays the independent contractors who work with the Company through Stripe Connect.
Google (Gmail) sends your workbook delivery email and our business messages.
Replit hosts this app and stores its data.
The AI reading service described above, when it is connected, receives what a scan sends it — only to read it for your review.
When the law compels it — for example, a court order or another legal duty.
That is the whole list. Your personal information is never sold.
A voice statement is recorded only with the speaker's permission, and this app keeps a record of that permission before any statement is saved. Please only submit recordings or statements that you have the right to share.
We use a sign-in cookie so this site can keep an authorized user signed in and working. It is needed for the site to function; it is not an advertising tracker, and we do not sell or share cookie data with advertisers.
We keep your case file while your case is active, and afterwards for as long as we need it for legal, tax, and payment records. You may ask us to delete your information and we will do so within 30 days, except for anything the law requires us to keep — for example, tax and payment records. To make a request, email ceo@exitmysolardeal.com or call (214) 810-3131.
Passwords are stored hashed, not in plain text. Access to case information is limited by role-based sign-ins, and connections to this site are encrypted. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information — but no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing ceo@exitmysolardeal.com. If you live in Texas, Texas law gives you rights concerning your personal data; contact us the same way and we will honor the rights that apply to you.
This site is for homeowners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If anything about your case is affected, the version that applies is the one posted here.
Exit My Solar Deal is not a law firm, and nothing in this policy or in our service is legal advice.
